My Story
I started my journey in the AEC industry driven by a deep passion for design, technology, and problem-solving. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on multi-disciplinary projects that span across architecture, engineering, and construction — each one strengthening my skills and opening doors to global collaboration.
As a Filipino BIM professional, I’ve embraced remote work and innovation as a way to deliver value beyond borders. From early CAD drafting to full BIM automation using tools like Revit, Dynamo, and Navisworks, I have continually evolved my expertise to keep pace with digital transformation in the built environment.
Today, I work with international teams, architects, and engineers, helping them streamline workflows, improve model accuracy, and adopt smart automation strategies. I founded MODLSYNC to further this mission — to bridge the gap between site conditions and digital models in real-time.
